And does it make any sense to walk alot, even if you still have duckass?
Does walking a lot with crutches help reducing the Anterior Pelvic Tilt? (duckass)

10 cm is so much. What do your proportions look like after lengthening your femurs?

Hi Wanttaller,

Walk with crutches as much as possible, until you are able to walk with only cane, and then walk with only cane until you are able to walk unassisted. The bike is good warm up or cool down; but there isn't enough use of the muscles to be a high level rehab tool.  Do a warm up with bike, then stretch for 30 minutes or more...then walk for a good 20+ minutes.  You should be walking all day, at least one time per hour for 10 minutes, minimum.  Eventually, you'll back on your feet!

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Hey IFS, thanks for your answer.
I only stretch at night, but therefore I stretch very intense.
So you still recommend me to walk as much as possible with crutches, even with a duckass that I got right?
What about standing on both feet for couple of minutes? I got the 11mm betzbone and I know its weightbearing, but still worrying a little bit.
My weight is 130lbs (60kg)
Thank you, regards

Yes, you should walk as much as possible, especially with Duck Ass. Walking will help to strengthen your glutes and will help in freeing your hips. I recommend more stretching as well...twice a day.

If you're 9 weeks post lengthening, you should be able to stand on your feet without issue for extended periods of time.  Let me know if there are any issues you're facing with your recovery at this point.

Can you maybe show some stretching exercise to fight the duckass?

Thank you mate

Glad to help! It will go away, soon. :-) It is only due to tight quads.
