Do calves grow bigger with external tibia lengthening
« on: June 05, 2019, 03:43:02 PM »

I was reading that they grow bigger with internal, is it the same for external considering the calves stretches? Isn’t like having your insertion points for the muscles longer?

Hi Rei
You will get calves become bigger after lengthening. It doesn't matter whether it is internal or external, because it is due to the lengthening of your soft tissues. Generally, the bigger muscles/sizes they are, the stronger they are.  However, bigger calves in this case are not stronger.  In fact, they are much weaker than before.  Some people after CLL complain about the bigger calves, coz they got quite bigger. :P
