What if the nail fails

Lets say you are doing Stryde LL on femur.
What happens if the nail fails because of some hardware problem?
Do you need to pay for another nail?  :(

I think nail is free, and sometimes surgeons fee is free. But those aren’t the more expensive aspects, hospital cost and anesthesia fee is almost never free

maybe he gets some discounts for buying many nails at once, but the price is around 30k euro

I would assume the nails are under some manufacturing standard and if it fails they would replace the nail, but I may be wrong. But with every credible company they always back up their products, if nail fails due to manufacturing defect you think they won’t cover it?

Where can you find price of stryde nail? I’m very curious

there was some guy in the old forum who had nail malfunction at 4.5 cm, and he had to choose between stop lengthening or buy another nail
