Big leg muscles and recovery

Do you think that big leg muscles help with recovery? How I see it is that the more muscle we have the more can the soft tissue be stretched.

Hi sylar
normally big muscle doesn't really help.  In fact, generally big leg muscle is not good for CLL since it increases resistance. 
Flexibility is much more important for CLL.
