How vertebral column is growing?

vertebral column has different growth process in comparance to long bones (femurs, Tibias)
Anyone know how exactly this happening?

I got the same question too, I'm curious about it. Didn't find out anything about spine growing yet.

femurs and tibias plates get fused around 18, that means unless you are a late bloomer, you are not getting height results in legs, but  spine can still grow at 22 to 25 years.

But i guess if anyone grow in spine, the gains will be not that high.

Also heard that it can be useful in early 20s

Maybe mk667 and glucosamine sulfate are a good shot. I dont care if g. sulfate is temporary, it's healthy for spine. I'm trying to find anything else about growin in torso
