At what length are tibia and femurs considered to long

Like the question says what is considered to long for example I have 40 cm tibia and 40-41 cm femurs just curious thanks for the feedback in advance.

legs are like johnson, the bigger the better, never too long :)

Are you sure you measured them right?

Well I have a 77.5-78 inseam so it’s probably more like 38 cm and 36 cm there vary close in length you could tell just by looking at them
