Like the question says basically at what point for example if you lengthened like 5 cm would 3 cm over your wingspan be noticeable and that I want to lengthen 10 cm to get to 188 cm in two surgeries 5 cm in both segments but I have like a 181-182 wingspan and am just wondering at what point does it become noticeable that you have short arms compared to your height also remember most shoes give you a little boost so if I got to 188 and wearing shoes I’d be like 190 cm so how noticeable would it look

Take as a reference people who had no LL.
Your wingspan can easily be 3 inches shorter or longer than your height. In your case it would be 3 inches shorter, which is still possible for people who did not do LL.

Then there is the argument that the difference on paper is not the same as how it looks visually. Everyone looks different visually, even if you compared two people with same lengths.

I don't think it is noticeable to anyone who is not a dwarf and/or did not undergo a huge amount of LL in both segments.

There's a reason why doctors like Paley (from what I've seen) only do or suggest arm lengthening to his achondroplastic (main form of dwarfism) CLL patients... It's generally not noticeable in anyone else. People come in all shapes and sizes. LLprime put it succinctly.
The CLL received by his achondroplastic patients makes their arms look tiny. That's because of the total relative increase compared to their initial stature, specially with the absolute amounts lengthened, making the difference visible to anyone.

My wingspan was ~3" shorter than my height and it was already noticeable.

Besides that, I always had to shorted the sleeves of any shirts I bought.

Post-LL, I'll just have to deal with an even greater discrepancy (up to 7").

5'5". 5'6" now and going for 5'9".

I'm deliberately not using centimeters because height varies from morning to evening... but 165cm starting height.
