My recommended doctors after doing a lot of research:
« on: February 11, 2018, 07:19:48 AM »

1. Dr Paley
2. Dr Rozbruch
Dr. Paley and Dr. Rozbruch are in a class of their own. Try your best to save up for them

3. Dr Mahboubian  (controversial due to promoting cll, but has a safe track record and in US w/first class medical team and hospital)
4. Dr Parihar (great doc with good ethics; however in India )
5. Dr Birkholtz (great doc with good ethics; however in south africa )
6. Dr Pilli (only does external ll in Italy)

pts from other doctors have had to deal with major complications due to poor technique/poor nail/bad advice to pt.

The list is more than acceptable but leave out Mahboubian.
According to some forum's users , he has a very little experience (see the fails reported by user Stadiometer) and the negative reviews about this doctor on a medical site has been erased
http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=562.0
Considering also the huge ammount of promotion that he is doing http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=23.0
I don't see any reason to put him in a potential list of doctors

I understand from a marketing aspect, he really promotes cll on billboards, website, etc

But from a skill standpoint, all his pts have recovered with no complications. His pts speak very highly of him. Even current pts going through surgery with Mahboubian have had good success so far.

I might be willing to move him down from the #3 spot, but he does this surgery in Los Angeles w/first class medical team/hospital/physical therapist. I factored everything in.

When I see a negative diary or a pt even with a complication, he will be removed from this list completely. All of these doctors have a very high success rate

Both Parihar and Birkholtz are great cheaper options if one is not concerned w/location, hospital, and medical team for internal femurs

Furthermore, if you have enough $ for Mahboubian, I would try to save a little more for paley or rozbruch. Mahboubain has a safe record so far, but he is very expensive like Paley and Rozbruch.

The difference between both is that Paley has 100 time more experience.

So, what experiences do you have/know to be able to recommend all these doctors?  ::)

I have also done a lot of research and met many real patients. I would recommend against CLL as a whole. You can end up your days as a cripple no matter where you go.

Out of curiosity, what did the Paley patients say? I'm one of them but I haven't really met that many of them.

Are you LLuser ? The writing style is the same, apocalyptic and with generic and vague statements ("many real patients","Europe crapshow" ecc)

Some of you are paranoid. Auron is a real patient as far as I know. I'm not Lluser (his clone accounts were banned). Europe crapshow was an expression I took from Kilokahn when he spoke about LL doctors in Europe.

Out of curiosity, what did the Paley patients say? I'm one of them but I haven't really met that many of them.

Paley's patients were the most satisfied of all (even with complications).

Tbh, I don't know which doctor is best and i wouldn't trust anybody in this business. A key consideration should be: What does the doctor risk in case something goes wrong? This is related to the legal system in the country where LL is performed. From that point of view the US might be safer than Europe. About doctors who practice in many countries, you should wonder: what are their motivations? What are they running away from?

Whats with the however part? So if the doctor is not in United States its not an advantage. Doctors who do LL cost like 100 000 dollars.

What about Dr Solomin and Dr Kulesh from Russia?
They are a great cheap option for externals and I see many journals on them here.
