Movement after limb lengthening

Hey guys I’m just curious and wanting to get enough information on post Limb Lengthening surgery like the question says how was your movement and reflexes after LL, what amount of lengthening did you do, where did you Lengthen tibia or femurs and how was your athletic ability after LL hope your able to answer all the questions above thanks

You can't expect veterans to just pop in and answer questions for fun.

Sounds like a lot of work, but you'll just have to go through the diaries and see for yourself. It's a common question, and even if not asked, the OP will usually talk about stretching, range of motion (ROM), running for the first time, etc. since it's a milestone. If they're currently lengthening, you can ask in those respective threads.

Or you can search for something like "limb lengthening range of motion" and here's the first result. There are many more studies like this, Google is your friend!

My diary. Tibias+femurs 3.75+3.75cm at the Paley Institute (5'5" -> 5'8") in my late 30s.
One of the last patients to use the PRECICE 2.2 nail. I met the first STRYDE patient and I strongly recommend the new STRYDE nail instead.
