frame temoval surgery - finished lengthening
« on: September 08, 2017, 05:49:54 PM »

I'm a male in asia I completed lengthening tibias to 6cm it took 12 weeks. Had my frames removed last night and had a lot of pain feel much better today. Only complication is slight knee bending and i have no ballerina feet. i'll post a diary once my knee bending goes down and I begin walking which will be in 5/6 weeks

Hey gastly47, it's great for you to have almost no complications. I'm currently 5.5 cm's on tibias and waiting 6,5 to finish. Hope u get well soon.

thank you again yes i did LON and my most common rate was 1 though at times 1.5 because my bone was healing too fast
as far as consolidation i feel much better physically and mentally than i did in the frames and i'll be going for an xray in 5 weeks to see how my new bone is forming and hopeully start standing with a walker then
