Inversion table possible 1inch increase?
« on: August 19, 2017, 01:48:21 PM »

I'm current 5'10/178cm and i did lots of powerlifting which i think i decreased in height alot. Is it possible to grow like 1inch with inversion table to 5'11?

1 inch is probably a stretch, but I've heard people gaining a bit of height from yoga (not sure about inversion)
