5 Months Post-Op LATN

Was anyone able to/ Is it possible to run, squat and jump 5 months post nailing surgery for LATN either for surgery on tibias or femurs? I would love to hear feed back on thoughts on this, especially those that did between 6-8 cm lengthening

I'm 4 months post op (LATN), can only walk, still a little bit limping on left side, I think running or jumping at this time is still unsafe
