Goodevening guys. I'm not here for Limb because I'm already 6'1 and my legs are already long (52% ) but I have scoliosis and usually it also give me pain. Anyway I've been told to go swimming for fixing it. What do you think? I mean swim really helps? Can also increase height? What about correction gyhm too?

No swimming doesn't help it. In worst case it can increase your scoliosis, it helps only for the muscles. Go to a doctor and use a brace or get spinal fusion if the scoliosis is really bad. I am getting spinal fusion too but for Kyphosis and a little bit scoliosis. Do you know the degree of the scoliosis?

Did you get two inches from the surgery, or did you manage to fix it through other methods?

I was 174.5 fixed my poor posture which gave 2 inches... I had bad Kyphosis and was growing around 4cm.

The 4-5cm came from fixing Kyphosis with braces.
