What I want to make that? Because it's difficult on a daily basis to make 1m83 for a woman. I want to feel feminine, wear heels .... feel better.

I suggest you think about your proportions before the surgery, because even if it is possible which I don't know, you might end up with a big torso and relatively short legs which do not look feminine at all.
