Disproportionate arms
« on: March 30, 2014, 04:08:30 PM »

Hey guys, I'll be doing LL in a year or two and I was just thinking about disproportionate arms! I'm 5'5 and I really have a pretty short wingspan! I'm trying to aim for 5'10.

Short arms, long legs, yeah I'm sure there are people on the same boat as I am and I was just wondering what the doctors do about this issue! do they even do anything about it? or is it just the leg that they're lengthening and the rest of the body just stay that way? Please don't stay its not noticeable, because I test it myself, standing in a box at 5'10, my wingspan is so short compare to the legs I might not as well do LL unless there is a way to fix the issue. is there?
thx guys

You could always do Humerus lengthening. Apparently that is the most safest type of lengthening and the easiest.
What is your wingspan btw?

Lengthen less. Read the Dr Franz thread. If lengthening appropriate amounts
arm lengthening will not be necessary. I've seen pictures of guys who went over
natural limits and you would never envy their height as they look so weird.
