Hacks to speed-up recovery from LL
« on: May 05, 2019, 10:25:17 PM »

It seems very strange to me that there are no "hacks" for speeding up recovery. There must be some pills or injections for this. (HGH, steroids, telomere pills, stem cells etc).
Maybe the doctors aren't trained for this matter, therefore no one actually uses anything.

For example: you go to the dermatologist and talk about your concerns of your diet that might be causing the acne. The dermatologist will just shut you up and give you more creams.

Do you know if there are some things that can speed up recovery?

I think if you go to your regular doctor or a bone healing specialist after the surgery itself then they would give you several ways to make the healing process faster.

I think soft tissue recovery is more important.
Each person is different, some people could lengthen tibia max 3 cm, others could lengthen max 7 cm, all depending on their soft tissue.

I read many diaries, and I saw no details about pills, injections or therapy regarding this manner. It amazes me that doctors and patients actually let the recovery in fate's hands.

Are there any solutions to make a person go beyond their soft tissue stretching capabilities?
Are there any solutions to make the soft tissue regenerate/heal as fast as possible?

That's really interesting question, let's say 5 cm internal femurs going to take around 6 months for recovery but with course of hgh (like norditropin or genotropin + oxandrolone or some other drug) would cut it to 4 or 4 a d half, it will be perfect

There are injections for it, they cost 5,000$ us. But you recover within 3 months fully.

Are you sure about it?  I've never heard about it.  I don't think steroid will facilitate soft tissue, muscle, or tendon to recover faster.  As far as I know, there is no way you can make your soft tissues recover faster, unfortunately.  However, bone consolidation can be faster using exogen or something similar and other supplements like vitamine D and calcium.

Maybe steroids not, but HGH or stem cells would for sure help this.
