paco update
« on: March 24, 2017, 05:59:12 PM »

After two years and one month i start to be happy with my lengthening. I did my first leg, the left in 2015, 18th on february.
before this time, i wasn't be able to stretch my legs completely when i was on my feet. Because you need recovery the force of your quads, and this is very slowly. And now with the legs completely stretch i have my final height, 1'70 more or less.
i feel that now i could biking, no stationary bike, mountain bike, but i will wait to the tibias bones are more consolidated.
I would like to do one video, perhaps in the future, but i want preserve my anonymity i don't want there is one video of mine run by internet although i would hide my face.
The person who do this surgery , in tibias, my case, don't do more that 6cm. Perhaps 6'5 at much, but much better 6cm.
and you be prepare to start two years as minimum to start a medium recovery.

I don`t have any pain in my knees. I have some pains in the left ankle, which it is more rigid still.
My right leg is better than the left.
The next year i will remove the nails. I have to do some x-rays, but i feel my bones very hards.

Thank you Yagen and good luck in your journey.
