It's not harder to be built if you are tall that's a complete myth. You're body type determines your muscle mass not your height. If I had a pound for every time I hear this crap I'd be rich by now
Genes play the biggest role but most of the times the taller you are the most difficult it is to put and keep some good muscles.
That's why the vast majority of bbers are from 5.5 to 5.11 ft.
And if we talk about the best of them (mr Olympias) only one of them was more than 5.11 and almost all of the greatest were 5.8 to 5.10.
So it is not comoletely a myth. Genes are the most important thing but for the average people it is harder to put muscles if you are tall, especially very tall.
