These are my top list for shoes with lifts, very good quality, some of them really pricy but you get what you pay for. When you wear most of this shoes they will not seem weird.
My suggestions so you seem completely natural:
1) Don't go over 4.25 inches, and make sure the platform is normal not huge.
2) Start with small heels maybe 2 or 3 inches max in the beginning until you get your walking tight and people get use to your height gradually. Then move up half and inch then maybe another half.
3) Avoid at all cost skinny pants!! specially if you go for lifts over 2.5' inches. Use pants with wide end "BOOTCUT" and some times not all BOOTCUTS are wide enough, I spent many hours and days in TJ MAX just looking for the right width. I Would say it must be at least 23 centimeters in diameter.
4) Get in better shape, so that will distract people of your gain in height.
Remember people notice what is noticeable, and we always try to connect dots. Fortunately, people don't expect adults to grow up, so even if they notice something is different, hopefully they will notice everything else but your gain in height. So get in better shape while you are gradually growing!!
