well without hair you dont even get to use your dck.

1. have hair and all the benefits but dont feel sexual intercourse.

2. feel sexual intercourse but never gets to use it with 6/10 and above.

At the end of the day it's genetics however, you can always try eating better and not having extremely hot showers since hot showers will cause you to sweat and clog the pores of your hair.
I know a lot of really overweight women lose their hair from what they eat, chemicals and tight buns but they'd probably grow it back if they stopped doing the things I named.

hairloss without antiandrogens is unstoppable.
mans with androgenic alopecia lose hair because of DHT.

The only efective treatments for this is minoxidil and finasteride/dutasteride.

Minoxidil is less efective than finasteride because it doesnt reduce DHT on the hair folicles so if you want to stop hairloss , you need to take finasteride.

Finasteride can cause erectile disfunction and low libido.

i only use minoxidil, and im thinking seriously in hair transplant with FUE metod, only problema is that you will continue losing hair if you dont take finasteride after transplant.

i have been using minoxidil since 3 years. it slows your hair loss but you will continue losing hair.

I see. Any side effects?

Do you have hair fall or miniaturization?

Is Minoxidil better for people with miniaturization?
(oh and if you didn't know, miniaturization is when hair doesn't fall but gets progressively thinner and thinner until the follicles die.)

yes i have miniaturization of the follicles .
Side effects with minoxidil are headache if you use more than the recomended dose and heart palpitations.
when i started the treatmen i had itchy head so i changed the trademark of my minoxidil and it dissapears.
yo should use 1ml in the morning and 1ml in the night. not more.

This is an OLD topic, but I know many people suffer from this (70% of guys will at some point), so I wanted to provide my routine and some research I've done over the past year.

I have a mild receding hairline (NW 1.5 - 2) but it has stabilized over the past year. My routine is:

Ketoconazole shampoo (mild DHT blocker, and clinically proven to help with hairloss but not FDA approved)

Minox (growth stimulant and FDA approved)

400mg Saw Palmetto (some clinical support)

1,000mg pumpkin seed oil (strong clinical support for retention and regrowth)

Dermaroller (strong clinical support for regrowth)

Multivitamin with b vitamins and singing nettle.

I know this is not related to height, but hope it helps someone

I use a shampoo that was given to me by my Dr. I'm afraid  of hairloss as well. I'm only 19 but my testosteron levels are much higher than they are supposed to be, so I'm in a risk group for early hairloss.
Good to get some information about that, weird to see it ona site about LL  ;D

If you are losing your hair you really owe it to yourself to give a good try on finasteride and failing that, dutasteride.

I am getting good regrowth on dutasteride at 6 months in. My density is still great. But I still wish I would have started sooner. I'll be getting a hair transplant in a few months to repair my hairline and correct it's general shape/position, which was never very good. Always had too high a hairline. Hoping after that it will be better shaped.

After that, I plan to stay on dutasteride for life to keep my head of hair in prime condition.

Incidence of low libido or erectile dysfunction compared to placebo is very, very low for both finasteride and dutasteride. People worry way too much about that stuff.

thinning or receding hairline is not a concern to me at all

im thinning a bit in the last year, but hairline is okay

I could never put in all the work that I see here, to try to get my hair thicker

My hair is not bad though, so maybe thats why. it just seems like a ton of work... all the shampoos,etc... girls do not even care about this issue at all, since  so many men  get it

Once you start balding, just go all out and shave it completely. It'll be such a relief when you do, according to Joe Rogan.

Fears about finasteride and dutasteride are so overblown. Studies show maybe 2-3% higher incidence on them of impotence vs. placebo. It's a pretty minimal risk.

Everyone who is balding owes it to themselves to at least try one of these for a few weeks/months.

Hairloss is a minor aesthetic problem for a man: there are a lot of women which prefer bald (or shaved) men to ones with all hairs which are frequently seen as too childish. Me too, I'm having a small hairloss: Finasteride and Minoxidil are good answers, but don't exceed in using them. Another answer is hair self-transplantation, a safe "surgery" not too expensive in some countries.
