Yes Perspective is a real thing just like people who undergo sxx Assignment Surgery (SAR) and girls who go breast implantation and extensive exercise/diets/treatments just to lose weight even though all of these things are totally fine as they are, I mean some girls are satisfied with being a bit overweight and having small breast size.
IMHO, the more optimally farther your specific personal statistic is away from the comparable average, the more rational your desire to improve or enhance it (in our case Height). As a result, a 5'8 guy in the Netherlands is more rational getting CLL than a 5'6 guy in India.
But I think the average might not be a good indicator statistic to use if there is a high standard deviation. For eg. there can be fractionally significantly less young adults (1/3 or 33.33%) aged 18-35 with average height of 179cm than middle aged and elderly 40+ (2/3 or 66.66%) with average height of 173cm. This means the average statistic i.e. the mean is biased and we want unbiased comparisons. Majority of the people wanting CLL are mostly below 35 anyway.
Legitimate short guys who feel bad about their height, their pain is more rational than women who feel bad about their weight & cup size simply because both of these things can be changed more easily but height can't (except through LL).
