Knee Pain DR mahboubian
« on: December 04, 2016, 07:27:05 PM »

Hi guys , hope you're all doing fine . For those who have experienced it or just aware of it , do you think that the precise nail in the tibia can create knee pain or can hurts . In the diary of Tall he said ( the doctor ) that it doesn't hurt but I don't know what to think . I want to do it cause of the scars  ( they are small ) but do you think there is a other way to avoid knee pain but to have less scars . Thank you guys .

Risk of permanent knee pain is associated with every method that requires inserting nail through knee.

Seem logic but do you think there are lower risks with a renowned doctor like Paley or Mahboubian . Money is not a problem for me so i am only  looking for the best .

I brought this topic up with an orthopaedic doctor who has over 35 years of experience he told me that nailing of any kind has a 5-10% chance of knee pain and that a 70% chance which the online study claimed is complete garbage

Knee pain after lengthening is caused by atrophied muscles around the knee due to months of not walking and not walking properly when you do walk. For most it eventually disappears after you get your muscle tissue back

Knees start clicking in some folk due to vastus medialis atrophy

Excessive lengthening also puts you at risk as well which in his opinion on tibs was over 5 cm
