Reaming cause problems if bone canal is not big enough?
« on: March 03, 2014, 03:33:55 AM »

Hello!

I’ve seen a patient who had his bones over reamed by Dr. Guichet, however Dr. Guichet has had many successful cases and I wonder if over reaming the bones is generally not a problem when the bone canal is not big enough?

and am curious where this might lead . . . are the bones going to be strong enough after consolidation?  Thoughts?

Hi, how have you recovered? Have you taken your rod out and any trouble with taking it out? Any one weakness/fracture due to over reaming?
