VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY

what are the differences between LATN, LON and etc? whats the safest? does vitamin d deficiency really matters before OP?

They are very similar, the only difference is that with LATN is one more surgery, because they put frames, and after distraction they put the internal rod. With LON they put both(internal and external) in one surgery. Most of the surgeons would prefer LON, because LATN is more for deformities and can damage the new bone in the second surgery. The cost is the same in most of the facilities.

Why people really like LATN, do internal and be fine, LATN is worse. more surgeries more bone should be broke down
