Dr.Jamal Internal Femurs 2016

I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry if it is difficult for you to understand my English.

I already lengthen 8cm tibia by external(mono literal) in Japan.
And now, I had surgery of the Jamal Nail for femurs.
I wish to add 10cm with this operation.

After both legs of surgery, it has passed 10 days.
(first surgery Aug.4, second surgery Aug.24)

Now, my leg lengthen...
Left leg 2.5cm(10 days post op)
Right leg 3.5cm(30days post op)

I can go to toilet, kitchen,bathroom with walker by myself.
Nothing to problem.

You'll be fine your arms might be a little short for your legs but generally the shorter you are the shorter your legs not necessarily your torso. In the end if it really bothers you that much you could get your arms lengthen. How did the 8cm on tibs go btw if you don't mind me asking I'm currently doing the same.

Sweden doesn't know everything just because he had a  ty LL experience doesn't mean he's all knowing. He told me 8cm wasn't possible on tibs and this guys already done it. There are people who have lengthened 20+cm and sure their arms don't match their legs but saying he's going to look like a freak is more then he asked for. People with  ty LL experience are just not able to accept that other people might not have  ty LL experiences (not going to name anyone). It's called jealousy and this forum and the other one is full of it.

You are in one of the biggest denials i have ever seen. People don't say that it's not possible but after 8cm of tibia lengthening your functions will go seriously down.

And i hate people who tell the other people that it's perfectly fine to do so without any consequences. You can make someone hurt.

The difference between this and old forum is the amount of lunatics which think going 8-10cm per segment is perfectly fine. It's apotheosis level of lying.

He's being truthful, 8 is already passed the safe threshold of most doctors and the op wants to do more. Sweden is a vet that takes the time to offer his own experience and advice. I'd listen to him

It is possible to lengthen more than 10cm on tibias - but you can forget about your life as it once were in terms of movement. You will have constant aches and pains.

There is not enough words that I can use to describe everything you alter if you lengthen your legs - even the slightest. It has such a huge impact on your life that you can not imagine. Even the easiest thing like putting on socks in the morning is changed forever. Your balance will never be the same again. Your flexibility will be way worse forever. You will be much slower than before. You can never run as well as before.
Doing 7+ cm WILL make it look so wrong if you lift your legs in some positions. Sitting in your car driving around is forever altered. You can forget about explosiveness in your legs.

Doing 10, 15-20cm is just pure crazy. Nobody has proportions that can handle that. Try to sit down next to a person who is the same standing height as you and you will see that his torso is much taller than yours.

Your hands, shoulders and head will look like a child on a tall guy. You will have short and stumpy arms.


You can get away with it in decent clothes. Standing up in night clubs, nobody will notice.

It will be a huge turn off if you later go around and you're self aware all the time.

Are you fully recovered from tibia operation?
My tibia didn't fully recovered.
Especially right tibia. (Slow healing of bone.)
So, I'm going to a bone graft for right tibia when I go back to Japan.

Stronger than ISKD.

Internal vs External
Internal is really easier than external.
It will improve the quality of life while lengthening phase.
The most important thing is no need to worry about infection.
(I became a infection right tibia. but, it has been cured.)

Head, shoulders, hand size, foot size has nothing to do with height. Only thing that will look off on a person that lengthens 15-20cms (besides being in an awful state physically speaking) will usually be the arms and forearms... You can see alot of tall dudes without broad shoulders and vice versa.
 What you say about body proportions besides the arm length is completely wrong.

Also, A taller person is taller everywhere (tibs, fems, torso and sometimes neck). A person that was 7cm taller than you before or let's even dare to say 14cm taller than you who is now 7cm taller than you isnt now HUGE when sitting next to you. chill on the proportion thing. 5-6cm is the width of a cigarette pack.. It's not going to transform you into a deformed body...

Well even if his proportions don't look absurd(even if they do, I'm guessing he won't care over the new height)......how is he gonna be ok with 8cms tibias and 10cms femurs?

I, for one, respect Sweden's experience and wisdom. Does anyone know if it's possible to have fully functional legs with 4 or 5 cm? I am not even close to an athlete but would prefer not to be helpless in outdoor situations.

Depends on a segment you want to lengthen but after 5cm you should easly regain at least 90% of your athletic abilities.

You can but after some time. Your bones need time to heal.

Look up Kilokahn's diary, he lengthen 6cm and recently came back to legs workout.

Sure you can. I did deadlifts last weekend with 145kg.
Squats are a little bit worse, I'm only at 90kg.

I ran 5km yesterday.

Don't do more than 5cm on tibias.

Around 6cm.

Your shins will look very short and stumpy if you lengthen your femurs more. Your knees will get unnatural low too.

Those who did 7+ cm on femurs and post videos when they run look very strange with their tiny small shins moving around down there.

I think I will do 6.5, if I dont look strange maybe 7 but no more.
