There isnt correct armspan ratio. from medical literature, it goes from 10cm longer all the way to 10cm shorter. Try to stay near the 0 difference

I'm not sure I understand, so the closer arm length and leg lenghth are the better?

this is my photo:

God bless you all.

These are probably 9" inseam shorts you are wearing. 7" inseam shorts will make you look taller. Shorts should fall at the top of your knee.

In the USA, 7" inseam is hard to find, not sure about where you live. Target stores sell a 7" in their house brand . (merano) Peter manning sells a 7", but they are not cheap.

Not better. There isnt a better arm length. But the closer to 0 the closer to normality.

proportionally, yes. It looks better to have close wingspan to your height or more than your height. It looks worse and worse with each cm after a certain point if you pass your wingspan.

Can I give some advice on the CBT?

You have to want it to work. Just keep that in mind. CBT has worked well for me, and I am just a hair taller than you. (my wife is 175cm, like your girl too)

But I REALLY wanted it to work. It takes time.

Stay away from medication if you can, especially SSRI's. I've never been on them, but I've seen them f*ck up men's sex drives.

Good luck man.

Thank you my friend, I'll take it seriously and give it all I can.

Bar I hope you see this full recovery is very possible it all depends on yourself. You need to be in excellent shape before hand and you must go back to that healthy lifestyle. I have met a professional cricket player who has had lengthening and a boxer since I've been in India both of whom are much happier.

Boxing and cricket is nothing for your legs. Try Taekwondo instead. Then you'll realize you've fked up your life permanently.

100% recovery is impossible. There will always be some sort of aches and your range of motion will be altered.

I challenge anyone anywhere in the world for a running match or fighting sparring match if you've lengthened ~7cm and claim you've recovered 100%. Forget about it. I was out running this morning and it went well - but it's lightyears from before LL.

Sorry, but you're definitely fudging the truth here. There's no way a professional cricket player did LL. At most you met someone who did LL that tries to play cricket as a hobby - probably poorly.

Dr. Donghoon Lee (South Korea) likens the lengthening procedure to stretching a rubber band. The more you lengthen, the less athletic ability you get back. If you stay within a safe limit, your chances of at least a 85-90% recovery are good if you go to a good doctor and follow a good PT and exercise regimen.

By the way, everything in life is a tradeoff. Stay short and keep 100% athletic ability or become taller and keep 80% athletic ability.

And here's my opinion on the tradeoff: We are all going to lose athletic ability after we hit our mid 30s, so why not enjoy being taller?
