Good question. I genuinely dislike squats, but will happily do hack squats and leg press instead. The other reason I've not really tried to go much heavier is that I haven't had my rods removed yet and won't go heavy until that hardware is out of my body
What can't I do as well as before...another good question. I definitely don't cut as aggressively when playing football or soccer. I'm paranoid about getting taken out at the knee and tearing something. It hasn't affected breaking on balls when playing squash or tennis though. So agility may be one.
Second, I definitely can't do box jumps as high as I could before LL. This might be from lack of trying. I should add it into my routine and see how I can progress.
To the question about why I'm back after all this time...LL is on my mind bc I plan to travel to Germany later this year to get my rods out and wanted to read up on what's going on in the community. FWIW, this site seems to be the more active board.
