tibia or femur lengthening?

i want to know which is safer considering that i want at least 7-8 cms of height growth.and also how much time i will have to spend with the frames?and how much time recovering after removing the frames!

7-8cm's are too much for tibial lengthening, you might be in frames for up to 16 months! It's too much proportion and recovery wise.
You could get femur lengthening with internals but you need a minimum of 50 000$ to pay for the surgery.
The recovery will take years for an amount like this, but don't expect a complete recovery anyways.

Ht 169.5 cms. Wingspan 165cms. Arms 72cms. Femur-tibia length ratio = 56/44. Wants 175cms. Tibias only
