gonna give dennis raney method a chance
« on: March 22, 2016, 01:25:37 PM »

Hi everybody! I'm a 19 years old guy who's 174 cm in the morning and 172,5 at night. I've found a website on the internet called shinbonelengthening (there's already a topic about it on the forum) who claims that cycling with a raised seat can make your shinbone taller if you do it regularly in combination with good nutrition, enough sleep and weight lifting for growth hormone release. Dennis claims that it is possible even when the growth plates are fused. This method doesn't sound possible to me but I've decided to give it a chance since i have nothing to lose. He only promotes healthy things so if it doesn't work then at least it will make me healthier. I've also seen another guy on the forum who claims cycling with a raised seat makes the legs taller. This guy didn't tried to sell anything so why not give it a chance? I'm not a scammer and I'm not trying to sell anything so don't attack me for this. I'm gonna share my experience with you guys if yall want it.

I'm still skeptical about it toosaddle since they're claiming the shinbone will grow Cuz the body will think iys a matter of survival due to the raised saddle. But a lot of sources claimed it and they all dont try to sell us anything. And i already cycle everyday to my job so the only thing I had to do is raise the seat

i'm going to try this for as long as i can. Im 19 and 5'5 with open growth plates. I started puberty at 16. Had nothing going on before that. If i grow ill come back and post on this. Although this might take at least 6-12 months. My goal is 5'8 by 21 with this method. Lets see.

What kind of exercises do you use? Raney advised to do leg exercises only since torso lengthening is never permanent. I tried lifting up my saddle and increasing growth hormone but lost motivation. I felt slightly pins of pains raney was talking about. I think cycling with raised saddly works. But maybe i don't wanna be taller bad enough. I'm 5'8, just turned 20 a month ago
