At 175 through most of the day I dont really see a reason for you to go through this... But if you really must, wait till you are 21. Than do 4-6cm on tibias

They probably would.. They would also if you had a face like the "Thor" movie actor. Yet we can't have it all... Which country are you from that you think that at 175 you are seen as short?
Did girls specifically called you short? Or is it just your assumption?

Stop thinking about. You're much too young and much to average height (part joke part truth) in Canada. I get that if you have tall friends you might feel short in comparison but don't think about it in that aspect. You're at great height already; one that won't cause you problems in the daiting scene really.

Work on other things in life. Improve on some of your current qualities; better body, more social/funnier, etc. Get a hobby to keep your mind occupied.

Basically live your life like millions of other people 5'9 live their lives.

I'm saying this because you're too young to be thiking this, not really short, and if you wallowing in that mindset you're not gonna be living life like you should.

Get yourself some externals and stick to 4cm's, you'll be noticably taller but your proportions will still be natural. The other advantage is that you won't need to raise this much money. Saving money for 7 years just to get a cosmetic operation is just too much if you're already kinda average height.
You'll be restricted to save money for the best years of your life, keep that in mind. I'm pretty sure that life after 25 will be pretty boring compared to 19 or 20.

as I said in your other thread 5 foot 9 in Canada is not short.

I enjoy going to Canada because I feel more average there and I'm only 5 foot 7

The average in Canada is 5 foot 10 just like the US. But that becomes less relevant if you only hang out with young people.

So put 1 inch lift in your shoes...
