4-6cm on tibia or femur? In terms of esthetics

Femurs; they are naturally longer and give that range it won't look bad

I personally think that longer tibias look better because it makes you look taller and slimmer. If you do more than 4 cm´s femurs would probably be the better choice because your tibias will probably look a little akward after 4cm´s.

Because it is possible for me to go to doctor guichet or catagni so I need to choose. If I do femurs I will probably do 6cm max (I am 1.71- 5"7)

Look at your knee height...... Do mock ups of both scenarios and observe your knee height. 
Everybody has different proportions and doing LL in one segment is going to alter them.  Your body type(entire body) might look better with a particular segment lengthened.   

p.s.  If you ask your doctor for his opinion, he will always steer you in the direction that is less problematic for him.   
eg.: clicking nail doctors will say that femurs look the best....  external fixator doctors will say that tibias look the best....  They are not you, nor do they have to live the rest of their lives in your shoes.....  do the mock ups with underwear, and dressed with some of the clothes and style you normally wear.
