Allergy to the nail? Spider veins? Stretch marks?
« on: December 21, 2015, 05:25:13 AM »

I noticed them since a few months ago and wondering what they are. No strange feeling when touched and not buldging. The ones on the femurs appeared from time to time since the lenghtening period whenever hot pads had been applied  but then disapeared after a while.
Now that i use hot pads two times a day, is it the result of them? But if so why are they also on the hip areas. I never apply heat to those areas.

They look normal to me. Prolly just due to tight pants or something.

It's your body's natural response to heat... Veins and blood vessels move closer to the surface of the skin in an effort to release heat from the body.

bluebarbie, are you sure that the issues with your skin occurred just recently with your lengthening?  Sometimes changes in temperature or exposure to water can make certain skin issues much more visible, temporarily.  I think I see what you are asking about, and it's not the scaring of course.  I have a suspicion that you are or were a smoker?
