Ever seen a 6 foot guy with size 7 feet ;)
« on: November 05, 2015, 11:41:31 PM »

So i'm planning on having 2 procedures done. My clothing label is doing very well at the moment, the help-to-buy scheme in the UK means I will actually be able to get on the property ladder. Therefore I may (not guaranteed yet) but I may be able to sell the label for a large portion of my 'needed funds'. I would be going to Guichet to have 2 procedures. All-inclusive package price just tips £80k ($120k - $130k). ... however there is one problem:

I have size 7 feet ! Not sure if it will look stupid if you see a 6 foot man walking around with size 7 feet.

What do you think?

Nobody will notice. People are too self absorbed to analyze other people's feet. Also, would you rather be tall with small feet or just small? I'd rather be tall. Who gives a rat's ass if your feet are small?

LOL this is one of the funnier issues for proportions. yeah I think it would be a bit odd if people notice, but there are some tall men with naturally small feet so it wouldn't be unheard of.  It's up to you if you feel being 6 ft is worth that sacrifice.

Do you plan to do femurs twice with dr G?

goldenegg - yes I do, both internal femurs, and internal tibias. 8cm Femurs 6 Tibias (maybe 7.5 Femurs 6.5 Tibs) but I want to lengthen tibias the least amount possible.

I think it is stupid ... but hey, you never know XD

I think very few people will notice.  But you shouldn't care at all if they do.  Don't give a fk what others think about your small feet.

Wait what's your height now? If it's anything less than 5'7 your issue won't be your feet so much as the huge discrepancy between your legs and torso lol but if you're like me you won't give a fk cause height is better than proportions (to a degree) in my opinion. But it's kinda funny though cause I'm a size 8 at 5'3

It's funny that I'm almost a size 7 at 5'2.

But nobody cares. Maybe they'll point it out and make a small joke but it won't stick.

I doubt that your shoe size will be a big problem compared to your legs/torso ratio, I´m 5´10 and wear 9,5 (eu 44) shoes. Your feet will look a little weird but so will the rest of your body after 15 cm´s.

Feet size should be the last thing to worry about imo(i guess it wont look weird if you dont legthen like 20 cm :P ) whats your wingspan and sitting height? Because your going for a big amount.

For those that want to know im 168 (minimum height) .. 169 (average throughout the day) and my wingspan is 177. So essentially i'm 9cm (maximum) below my wingspan. So for me 15cm to 183 is not too bad. It looks like my arms are short as my lats push them out.

For those that haven't seen my comparisons.

1M75-1M78 is better for you considering your proportion. 1m83 is a bit too much.

Yea you look pretty good on your pics. I guess that can be attributed to your wingspan. You should also look better if you get bigger sized shirt, this one looks kinda small especially for your new height.

I don't think people will bother watching your feet. Well, it looks kinda weird if they watch from near or pay close attention to your feet but normally nobody would care at them. by the way 6 foot is a very nice height :)

Yeah, I don't think I'll care too much. I'd rather be tall if I'm honest. Hopefully, I will be able to claim 6'1" as I'll be 6.08 which is nearly 6.1 ... with shoes I'll be 6.1 and with heels, I'll be able to claim 6'2". It'll be a scary new world.

At that height, you will need to build your muscle like Apotheosis has been doing. I saw a guy who did 10 cm without building up his muscles and he looks so disproportionate. Your frame is not as big as the natural tall guy so you will need to compensate it with muscle mass.
