Some other comparatively inexpensive options:

Dr Birkholtz in South Africa is somewhere around $46,000 USD for Precice lengthening, but you have to contact his clinic directly for the most up to date price estimate.

Dr Nemer in Ukraine is around $46,500 USD for internal lengthening with his weight-bearing Jamal nail, which is based on the Bliskunov.
