What are the different methods of lengthening?

LON (Lengthening Over Nail) = $40,000
LATN (Lengthening And Then Nailing) = $46,000
PRECICE (Femur) (Intramedullary Lengthening Devices) = $64,000
PRECICE (Tibia) = $65,000
Nail Removal = $5,000
hey guys i know these are the methods. But i don't really understand the difference. Much appreciated if you help out a friend! thanks :)
