Hypothetically, you win a contest that gives you an all expenses paid cosmetic leg lengthening with either Dr Alexander Barinov (Poll 1 winner) or Dr Mangal Parihar (Poll 2 winner).

I'd have no problem going back to Dr Parihar for internal femurs if I ever came to the decision to go another round.

I will say go to Paley or do not do leg lengthening at all because there is so much risk involved with other doctors. But if I was threatened to choose one or other then I would choose Parihar because he is Paley trained at least and will be less scared over all. Barinov is random Russia guy and if you look at all his patient results they have crooked legs that are not natural looking.

I picked Parihar cause he seems fantastic from my meeting with him, and he's in my city. #win
