Which doctor should I choose in China?

I'm considering do LL on china on Nov.
And later are my 3 options.
1.Bai Helong
2.Xia Hetao
3.Zhang Xiangsheng

Does anybody knows about those three doctors and give me some wise advices?
I'm 18 and I'm pretty sure that I haven't grow for like 2 years.
160cm right now and looking for 6-8cm more.

Look into Medium Drink of Water. He has experience in china. Considering you're young, why and how are you gonna do it now? Just wondering, if you don't want to answer that's fine; still look into MDW.

Xia Hetao doesn't do LL anymore because of his advanced age.  But he has a successor, a really good orthopedic surgeon named Peng Aimin.  Dr. Peng was my surgeon, and he did a good job on my legs.

I heard Xia has to put interior needle into legs. And I'm afraid the chance of infection would be larger because of that.
And do you know the price of Peng Aiming? btw I'm a Chinese.

I heard that the Xia's hospital had been shut down. I also can not find where are Dr. Peng operating now. Seems like a lot of problems in Beijing right now.

Dr. Zhao and Dr. Peng are the doctors at Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital.  They are very good.  No problems.  I did 4 cm only.
