Comparison Pictures
« on: September 19, 2015, 10:10:20 PM »

This thread is about comparison pictures of those who have had LL compared to those who are that height naturally. I've seen alot of people state that no one would notice LL in everyday life when so the following example is of a guy who did 11cm over 2 segments.

http://imgur.com/jnL3729

He went from 168 to 179 cm compared to a guy who is naturally 178 cm.

Add any similar examples and give your opinion.

Honestly I can see the difference if only because I've now trained my eyes on proportions of people (unhealthy and weird I know lol) and the picture makes it to easy to spot these sorts of disparities. Two key things sort of pop out for me.

The first is the wingspan obliviously being the big key difference between the two that sort of make the guy on the right pop out more. It's noticeably shorter then his companion; of course this could be because he is only slightly taller.

This brings me to my second point: he looks noticeably frail in comparison. Now this I think is important because everyone has different body types (Ecto, Meso, Endo), so not everyone can look the same in comparison even if they have the same starting height and lengthen the same amount (I can elaborate more on this if you want). I honestly believe that if the guy on the right bulked up more he'd look better in comparison only because it doesn't draw as much attention to his limbs being shorter.

Last notes: his torso to leg length holds up pretty well. But If I was him I'd only have done 9-10 cm on both segments. Also if he did bulk up it won't be as easy to call out his proportions. Especially in public.

His left leg looks to have a noticeable degree of curvature. Maybe it's just the pants.

It definitely seems curved but his torso:legs ratio is phenomenal. How short were his legs before 11cm of LL? Dafuq?

You must be joking, I don't want to be too harsch, but this patient has perhaps the worst proportions I have every seen. His torso looks like that of a childs and his legs look horribly bent. Surely most people shouldn't look this bad even after lengthening 10CM+?

His legs look about the same length as the guy next to him. He's just skinner, that's all.
His hands do look significantly smaller though.

I totally agree with you. This guy looks horrible, his shoulders and arms look like they belong to a child.

I'm just gonna bring it back to the guy I posted about last week (http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=2638.msg41497#msg41497). Part of the reason he looks passable to good is because his torso width holds his entire frame. At the same time he's limbs look well developed muscularly. A Meso and an Endo will probably look best after they bulk up, provided they don't have really short arms.

If anyone has any more comparison pictures or what-not please feel free to post them; it creates a good database.
