They are light but not as stable as others.
This means that they control  less the bone segments.
This can bring to deformities more easy than with a stronger frame.
If you have a must for hiding your frames maybe they are a good option, but you have to run the risk of developing a deformity.
Hybrid frames (with pins and little wires) are the most stable thought a bit larger.
They can also be hidden under some larger trousers.

TL-HEX and TSF.  They're made of aluminium or carbon fiber, you can have them in full or half rings.  They provide infinite adjustments, even rotational and they look awesome too!

My choice would be "salameh fixator". It is the smallest, yet stable and adjustable for 3 axis /rotation.
There are several diaries in this forum or old forum. Or you may visit his website;

I had TSF frame, they use it in St. Petersburg, at least Dr. Kulesh does, not sure about Solomin. It's usually installed at the end of the lengthening when/if there's a need to correct a misalignment.

Like I said, they're installed at the end of the lengthening process if there's a need to correct a misalignment. Usually everything goes fine without them, they're used only for difficult misalignments.

I think Dr. Ruan's microwound is the smallest.

Dear Medium Drink Of Water:

thanks for your information, but why you make the LL with  Dr. Aimin Peng?

is anything not good for Dr. Ruan's microwound?

thanks again
