Hello, can anyone please answer my question? So, hypothetically, if I have my femurs broken and have them lengthened by 2 inches, would I be able to have them lengthened some years after the surgery?(not tibia, only femurs)

Yes, that's possible. There's a guy named Jungle over at the old forum who lengthened his tibias twice. Yellowspike here is a patient of Guichet's who might have his legs re-broken to get another inch on his femurs, too.
