Despite Sweden's X-legs, his running is also good and gradually improving too.

I agree the running looked pretty good but he needs to get those x-legs fixed.

Whatever happened to Captain America. He just left! He was posting in the diary and then vanished! Does anyone know if he is recovering okay? And how much did he lengthen?

Captain is well. He lengthened 6cm. He is walking normal yet not yet returned to full athletic ability. He has moved on with his life and is happy with his height. I know him personally as we experienced LL together and have traveled together since then.

I'm still around.
My recovery has gone to the worse. I broke my right foot and it's been more than 6 months now and I can barely move it. It sucks. It was bc of my X-legs and bad shoes.

If I take lots of tramadol I can run. But then I get headache and fked up.

Life sucks. It's just no fun anymore. I can barely walk normal.
And I gained 25 pounds and hate the way I look.

Don't know what more to say really.
