scapula is flat bone and clavicle is long bone which is stimulated to grow longer by growth hormone.
I was lacking in growth hormone during puberty and I compared photos of messi with myself. I find we are in the similar type.
I just don't know if it's necessary to to clavicle lengthening. if they are not affected by growth hormone then my shoulder length is normal due to my gene. otherwise I will try to find a doctor to lengthen my clavicles
but there are some many attachments of ligaments and muscles on the clavicle so the surgery must be seriously difficult.

Growth hormone grows bones which could go past your genetic limit, the only problem is that it only grows them during puberty and it's very expensive, plus doctors would only prescribe in dwarfish cases, like if you're really short and fragile for your age, I saw that most plastic surgeons will not reduce shoulder width, but clavicle lengthening has been done before with about 1.6 inches added to each side, which doesn't sound like a lot but for shoulder width it is, I find around the internet that this procedure is mostly talked about among females who have broad shoulders and would like to get them narrowed, which obviously seems very extreme, I find lengthening much easier although every surgery has its complications.

my 1st question was whether growth hormone help clavicles grow longer

I still think it's not a seat surgery. just image how to put the nail on such short and curved clavicles.  on the clavicle the attachments of soft tissues are everywhere,if you want to lengthen clavicles then how to avoid or lengthen those clavicles too?

yeah growth hormone grows almost everything on the inside, including bones and organs if abused, and I didn't think this was possible at all but breaking a bone and making it extend can technically be applied to any bone including the clavicle, there is a study on this surgery that was done where the patients grew 1.6 inch on each clavicle, about 41 mm on each side, a plastic surgeon by the name of Leif Rogers used to do it for cosmetic purposes but I guess he doesn't do it anymore.

if growth hormone affects all bones, why do dwarfs have normal sized head ribs and spine?  as I readed, growth hormone only affects long bones.  but clavicles are closely connected with rib and spacula which cannot be so short for dwarf. that's a paradox

Growth hormone has a tendency to give you a bigger head and jaw on the face, it grows you in height and width if your growth plates are still open, I didn't mean to say all bones but it grows your width and height if you growth plates are still open, it also has a tendency to grow your inside organs like intestines, heart etc.

Growth hormone can grow everything. The endocrinologist I visited said it's highly dangerous and given in cases of dwarfism or lack of HGH. Visit an endocrinologist, and he/she will ask you to get an X-Ray and a blood test done. That will allow her to know what you're deficient in, and whether or not HGH should be given.

If you choose to take HGH illegally from a not-so-professional doctor, you're going to regret it.

It's also very expensive when taken illegally and takes atleast 6 months to reah start to work.
