Do 7-8 cm's with an internal nail on your femurs, if you are willing and able to pay for it.
Don't do this on your tibias, it's just too much. Read RGKEY's diary he did a lot.
Edit: expect at least 45 000-50000$ for this procedure.

The lengthened femurs look good and proportionate. I would do that if I were you.

I agree, the lengthened femurs look better on you.  You'll mess yourself up if the tibias end up longer than the femurs, which I think will be the case if you lengthen 9cm on them.  At my starting height of 170, the discrepancy between my femurs and tibias was 8cm.  Equal is okay but that's as far as it should go with the tibias, is what professor Xia told me during our consultation.

If you are 155cm i think that you should do femurs and tibias. But 9cm in one segment is a lot. Maybe you could ask a doctor to do 6cm in your tibias and 7cm in your femurs.

my first choice is to do this, but the two operations would require a lot of money and recovery time.
So if I can make at least one, I can improve life and after a few years to make the other segment.

Do 8 or 9cms femur. Let femur be your first choice. If you decide to increase more in a few years think about tibias. You don't look bad with 13.5cm increase but your legs should be able to handle it.
