half a surface turn
« on: July 31, 2015, 09:23:05 PM »

trying to manage the pain/discomfort of the last turn of the day is proving quite hard.

can it be done that you do half a surface turn, then 2 hours later do half another surface turn. instead of doing one surface turn in one go.

this would be for the final surface turn of the day , not for all surface turns in that day.

I'm pretty sure you can split up the turns as small as you want.

okay i will be doing that tomorow for sure then.

is it best to try to push though the pain of turning/lengthening with imidiate physio or should I wait for the pain the subside before doing physio, pain may take 90 minutes to go away btw, this is on last turn of the day.

I don't think that matters.  Just do physio when it's most convenient.

thanks for that , it seems after doing the 4th turn i cant physio for hours sometimes due to pain, so i will avoid moving the leg.

last night was the worst, turned at 9 00pm and the pain didnt go away until 5 am.
