I have performed LL with Dr. Hamid Zarabi and Dr. Raouf Effatparvar in Iran. Maybe it is very odd and strange for you but after performing the surgery (after one month) I understood that Raouf Effatparvar was not a doctor and he has nothing in common with medicine. He is a quack not even an intern.

In their team there are 3 people who claim that are ilizarov specialist. 2 of them have nothing in common with medicine but they claim that they are ilizarov specialist. The 3rd one is a family doctor. I am really sorry that kurgan ilizarov center holds training courses several times a year and everybody can participate in them and get a certificate. I have reported them several times but they do not care and they support theses quakes. It seems they just think about business,holding ilizrov training courses and selling their frames.

Since there is no ilizarov expert in Iran. These people go inside the operation room with orthopedic surgeons and perform ilizarov operations. They are causing countless problems for the patients Raouf Effatparvar has done this tragedy to my legs. He is the Ilizarov center official agency in Iran. Dr. Shevtsov and Dr. Shved came to appreciate and reward him in 2009 October as the best Asian ilizarov expert. He was trained in Kurgan and his is the one and the only official agency of ilizarov scientific center in Iran. This is what he claims and says to the patients. I emphasize these are not my words. These are his claims. I have seen the photos of Dr. Shevtsov and Dr. Shved standing in front of his office (falat sabz) . The photos are hanged on the wall of his office. He shows the photos to the patients and claims that he is the official agency of kurgan ilizarov center since 1997. He has also hanged a certification and an ilizarov frame on the wall that his name is carved on it. These are made in Kurgan ilizarov center. According to the mentioned evidence and the trust that I had toward the reputation of ilizarov center I gave them my entirely healthy legs that had no problem for the sake of lengthening (cosmetic purpose). I wore ilizarov frames for about 7 months. Now I am cripple ( I cannot walk),my legs are full of sores. My height has just changed 1cm and my legs are bent. My legs did not have any problem before the surgery.

After the surgery for half an hour I had a terrible pain but after that 00000000000 pain. The pain management was really professional. The device injects pain killer little by little to your backbone through a nail. By means of this device and the doctor whom unfortunately I do not remember his name I felt 0000000000000000000000 pain.The doctor was really gentleman and handsome.

I went to Dr.Amar Sarin for correction and lengthening in India. The consultation took less than 10 min. 8 min was about money and 2 min was about my legs. He has promised to correct my tibias and lengthen 10 cm with LON. I trusted him and gave him the money. In operation room he told me that LON is not possible and we perform LATN. In that Time I had no choice I was in operation room and I could not say no. After breaking my bones he told me even LATN is not possible we are using plates instead of nails and I can just lengthen 3 4 cm. If he told me one of these things I would never had performed the operation in India.Finally He has just corrected my legs and there is no lengthening. When I started to complain he did not answer my calls and he rejected me all the time. He is a knowledgeable surgeon but He is just after money. He does not care about patient s health and does not spend time for patients.
