after LL can't i do strenuous exercise anymore?

some Web pages said that.  is that true? if someone wants to hit me on the street I cannot defend for myself anymore?

You can still do strenuous exercise.  You'll get knocked down easier in a fight due to a higher center of gravity, and won't be able to run away from one as fast either.

so the new bone structure will be as fine as natural bone? I won't get injured easier due to bone itself, right?

The bone is good as new but the soft tissues don't respond as well to lengthening.

so if the bones grow slowly, the soft tissues will catch up the schedule of bone?

I believe the soft tissue will catch up, not sure if 100% but it will, or at least that is my conclusion from reading Sweden's diary...

Do you guys think lengthening slowly has a better chance of better alignment once consolidating?  programdude's X-rays have my worried about the femurs consolidating at an uneven angle and etc
