Yes I'm planning to do femurs, he's one of the top for femurs but maybe he's rusty with Ilizarov for tibias?
If you want the top for tibias with Ilizarov choose a competent surgeon with a lot of experience in that field, I'd check with Catagni.

As you can see, he knows a thing or two when it comes to bones and Ilizarov.  Guichet had patients do 9cm as well so doctors are not to blame if a paying customer insists on doing 9cm.  They inform him/her on the consequences and the patient decides, it is a cosmetic surgery in a private clinic after all.

Are you planning Ilizarov only or you are looking for internals as well?  For internals, I would definitely see what Guichet has to say regarding tibias.  Plz let us know of his technique!

I know external is good for tibia and internal is for femur.
At the beginning I want to do my femur around 7.5 but I google I find your knee will have problem after femur surgery. Then I want to do my tibia 7cm. I want to my tibia . I also emailed Robert rozbruch he replayed me no problem they can gain 7cm but femur is more easier. I emailed guichet and he advised me demure first cos recovered fast then do tibia. But I just want to only one surgery.

If knee do not have problem after femur surgery, I will do it , also where you find much information about Guichet, I google but hardly find much more information about him .....

Yes, but I met dr. R. He seems less swamped with people, and therefore is more attentive, and generally more personable whereas Paley is more cut and dry about business and very busy. They are both good with emails however.
