How much did you lengthen?  Your tibs look a little long but the pic isn't very good so it's tough to tell.  With pants in you will look fine though.

They look pretty long tbh, it's probably due to the muscle atrophy that comes along with LL. Do you know what length they were exactly before you did LL and the ratio as well.

Originally the tibia bone was 39.5cm and the femur bone was 46cm

He seems indeed a patient of dr salameh because of those long legs

I have also 46 femur. But only 37.5 Tibs.

I think you should have done femur.  They look now off.

It's strange, but in that picture your tibaie do look longer than your femurs. You had a starting tibia to femur ratio of 0.86 when the average is about 0.80, so you started with longer proportioned tibaie than most, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, your proportions do look completely fine to me. Your legs look strong, long, and healthy.

Did you mesure them with x-rays?
How tall are you?

@Descreteuser, I think you should´ve done femur lengthening instead, at least proportion wise. Your tibias were already longer than average and with the added length from the lengthening they are even longer.
However, your arms to height ratio looks fine, whats your wingspan?

Yes done with xray. I am 177. Do you know your numbers.

I have quite short legs. But ratio is normal of 81%.
So i Woould in my case go for femur as it is easier and faster. I think a ratio from 72 to 88 is acceptable.

My tibias are 1,5 cm´s longer than yours and we are almost the same height, I´m 179. I had my x rays taken too. I´ll go for femur lengthening as well. What´s your wingspan?

Hey descretuser either the photo is terrible or your initial measurements were wrong.

I've seen guys who lengthened to a almost equal tib/femur ratio and it didn't look like this.

This picture makes it look like you tibia are 10cm longer than your femurs.

yeah i think this is bad picture.. my briefs arent pulled up making my crotch look lower.. the muscle in my lower part of my upper leg looks like my knee cap making my knee caps look higher.. even when i look at it now i can see why it looks like my tibias are so long. the clearer version on my phone you can see the knee cap properly and the femurs look much longer..

Use the pocketgur app to upload iPhone pictures. It's basically a mobile version of Imgur.

wingspan is 180, height 185... i have relatively short arms compared to people around my original height..  id notice at times that people my own height would be able to reach things that i couldnt

It's good to see that a -5 ape index isn't really noticable on the picture. It won't matter as long as it's not too obvious I guess.

As long as you don't have narrow shoulders, slightly shorter arms aren't too much of a problem proportion wise

I have a large wingspan (188) but it mainly comes from my shoulder so they should help to hide LL. I aim for the same height you are currently, at 185 you're pretty much above average no matter where you are.
Wish you all the best of luck!

yeah chances are you have longer arms than me.. ive never met someone around my original height who has arms as short as mine.. it only has to be 4cm each side which doesnt look much in real life and u automatically have 8cm wider wingspan.. based on your height and winspan youd  have no problem with proportions after LL
