12 x-ray. one tibia little misaligned

bathroom (nr 2)
you use a urine jug for urination in the room which gets cleaned once a day

problem update: left knee very tight on right side. prevents extension fully. not turning left leg today.
questions: is  left leg longer? later realized by x-ray it is not.
nurses did not give any injections yesterday...
probably nobody told me that regular injections only come for 1-2weeks.

i can feel the broken tibia in both legs
left knee arthritisy like yesterday. maybe little better.

doctor replaced the short rods for the third time.....
..give me the planned lenghts the first time..because...
warning=
they also overtightened and lengthened so that it hurt to walk afterwards.
had to unturn multiple turns on all screws on the right leg afterwards.
that happened after i told them repeatedly beforehand to not overturn.
i could feel my bones moving as they were doing it.

other:
left tibia pulsates and hurts at 10%
right inner upper pin hurts like skin stretched too far. ...at 15%
left leg can extend to 99% feels tight
right leg can extend 100% feels tightish

realized that knee does not become straight although it locks and feels the same at max extension compared to pre surgery. who looks at how straight their legs are normally? were they ever straight?...yes they were
docs diagnose it knee contracture.
inner ligament soreness now in right knee.

swollen legs i see as problem now. happened also yesterday. pain type pressure, warmth, discomfort, prickling. calves get really tight and hard. filled with fluid.
overall i feel exhausted. discomfort and tiredness.weird. like a minimal cramp but not really cramp.

saw wounds
outer right pin stretched wound 1cm ish purple area.
same with outer left pin.
no other areas stretched.

idea=double socks on feet for swelling. hmm lets see about that.
realization uncomfortable with the socks on.
swelling edema is normal for 4,2months according to studies. average. can be longer.

no sleep for two nights
testing testing...no turning=sleep?

test failed. no sleep. couple of nights in a row

problem:swollen legs, disturbs the degrees of movement. elevation produces weird pain... although, just need to get the swelling down once to show doc that my bendability is ok....
legs feel like always, which is good.

13 got myself some coffee.
14.30 tired
17 coffee made head feel normal. body still major , exhaustion.
17.30walk.
18 walking messed with my already exhausted exhaustion. coffee doesnt help.
deep breathing for 5 minutes afterwards helped

left leg . something aches/skinish, tibiaish, no, the calfmuscle aches. super stiff
wow. keeping normal head position exhausts me.
horizontal, no problem. well, a tinge of exhaustion.
19 toilet, third or fourth time today, like. what the .... coffeine related..

realized i overturned on left leg. unturned .25 mm. overturning led to calfmuscle pain which kinda feels like everyhting, bone, skin muscle, everything hurts. unturning removed pain immediately. ah, amazing.

changed sleeping position. have a good feeling about this. ouch. left calfmuscle starts aching again...when bending knee.
sit up.
pain is gone.
lets see if it comes back after stretching.

 later realized yes. just the weekly surprise. goes away after a week though. all of them. probably like more than 10 surprises during the whole process.

surprise new discomfort of the week
right ankle pins are making the skin around them sore...
why? because of stretching whole leg when tilting forward repeatedly...stretches the skin around pins

slept well
woke up drained of energy

lower calves have been sore for weeks.

right calf seems ok now.
legs still swell up hard

15.00 walking accumulation at 3 hours. left stabilizing pin area bites like crazy but only for 3 seconds, put pulsates/cycles every 5-7 seconds. ....

able to extend legs straight basically 178-180 degrees now.
just through standing up slowly and straightening the legs slowly for 5-30 minute sessions for 1-2hours daily

forgot to mention that everything under the knees swells up. the feet the worst.

beginning to correct 2-3cm?ish valgus deviation outwards of tibias. only turning the outer screws 4 times daily
