I understand what your question is asking, but I think you should make a distinction between attraction and dating.

Height is important in dating implies that you need height to date women. Not true. In most cases you need height to attract women though. The closer someone is to the holy grail range (5' 11" to 6' 2"), the higher the likelihood that they will turn women's heads, and get the sexy eye look from women, but this is not necessary in order to date women.

Just for the record. About 30% of men in the US are in the holy grail range. Assuming 1 out of 3 has good facial aesthetics and a good build, than only 10% of men are elite male specimens

I´ve read somewhere that the perfect height is between 183-185, I personally prefer 186-189 though.

Where is the 6'4" choice?  I have a bud who is 6'4" with good looks and he ALWAYS picks up the hottest girl and/or barmaid in the club or anywhere else for that matter.  He's very charismatic but still...!!  At that height, you get noticed.

So for dating only I say 6'4" but personally I would prefer to be 6'1-6'2, 185.5-188cm.

A lot of women do like men that are 6'4 but it can also be intimidating to a lot of women.. Remember the average woman is almost a foot shorter than that.. 6'4 you would never have problem picking up women but it's definitely not the number 1 height for dating as a lot of women would consider it too tall.. That's my opinion anyway..There is a selection for (other) that I put there.. I personally think 6'2 is the best height for dating as it is powerful and tall but not intimidatingly tall..

No, you'll be the 190 cm dork who whines online because your life was no different after leg lengthening except having pain in your legs when it rains.

I think 190-200 is already too tall for the alpha male category, just take the US. presidents as typical alpha males. Almost all of them in the last 30 years were between 180-190. Their opponents were mostly between 180-190 as well.

6' 4" will be approached by the most women (due to rarity of men at that height), but 6' 1" will have the most success approaching women. No woman would turn down a guy for being 6' 1"

As I always say though...."any woman who only wants (targets) a guy who is s 6-footer is a jackass. Being 5' 10" would allow me to avoid such a woman."

I don't know what the moderator situation on this forum is but my opinion lots of these posts should be deleted/posters should be warned/banned. It's not about freedom of speech it's about creating an environment where short men feel comfortable and that they are not being judged/suffering from heightism.

LL should be for short people and jesus christ we live in pretty messed up world if they get ridiculed/put down (even if it's indirectly) not only for their height but for the maximum height they could achieve after two procedures. And all this on a forum that should be for short males - a safe place for them. You have to understand how demotivating that must be for them, the read that even if they lengthen 5 inches they will still be a 'zeta male' and short. (I'm talking about guys under 5'6/5'7)

I remember back when the majority of guys were 5'6 and under (back on old forum ) and I always felt really guilty for considering LL at 178cm and I would never say anything that could possibly put them down - I would admire them for having the courage to change their height.

Now we have people like 'endomorphisme' and many other 5'10+ posters who talk about how you have to 190cm to be an alpha and 180cm to even be a beta. And it's not just this thread - this is just the tip of the iceberg these are things I have noticed for ages that I think must be destructive to the forum environment for shorter males.

I know that turned into a long rant but finally I would just like to say that all the 6'0+ posters here will not get LL. If you do nothing will change in your life. After 6'0 it's all about face/frame/skin/hair/career/social value and if you disagree you are 100% wrong. It's better to be 7/10 facially at 6'0 then it is to be a 6.5/10 at 6'4.

No I don't feel jealous - I have my LL journey planned to a height where I know I will feel very happy with myself (unlike you I don't have other issues). I feel genuinely disappointed/concerned at the atmosphere you create. I don't care if a guy who is 6'5 wants LL but answer me this serious question. What good does a 6'0 male sharing his opinions that you have to be 6'3 to be 'alpha' and that '5'11 is still really short and beta and unattractive to women' on a forum primarily designed for very short males?

Please answer me that question.

Get LL if you want use to forum for it's information and contribute anything useful to it you might have but what good does your opinion that a large proportion of the LL community could never reach an acceptable height do? Keep it to yourself.

Hey Endo, tell this guy that he's a beta male, and that you are going to be an alpha male once you're 6' 3"...

These alpha/beta height charts/discussions are hilarious. Programdude is now 5'11 (180cm I think?), and probably gets more women than every guy on this site combined. I never had trouble dating when I was a little over 5 freaking 5! I only want to be 5'9 (5'8 now) because the rods already in me have another inch on em, and 5'9" is super close to average.

I personally think LL for guys with start heights of 5'10" and up is pure vanity and a little insane (it's not just like a nose job, we are breaking healthy bones here, hello). Even if you try to make the argument that your dad is 6'1 and you wanted to be that tall or taller than your dad (which I somewhat understand), you're still taller than just about every woman (even in heels) and taller than around 50% of men, if not more than that.

Some of the most alpha guys I know are like 5'8", no joke, and they are swimming in women. I think once a guy is around average (5'9-5'10), maybe even a little below average, facial aesthetics  and body start being the deciding factor, unless the woman in question is a super heightist who has height as the first and most important thing on her list. Girls that like that meant to be pumped and dumped anyway, as women THAT superficial will just leave you when a better looking/taller/richer, etc. guy comes along.

I understand that LL may be slowly becoming like just any other plastic surgery (at least in the minds of many guys on here), but I think the original intent of it was for men who were very, very short. Dr. Paley, even though he doesn't have height requirements, even said he had trouble doing the surgery for a Swedish guy that was 5'11 (even if that's short for Sweden).

But money talks...and as long as you go to these doctors with an open wallet, you can become 7ft if you want. And if that's what you want...who am I to talk? But I just think conversations like these and the (seemingly) increasing number of average or even borderline tall guys wanting LL is defeating the original purpose. But live and let live!

Endo you sound a little bit like someone with a very bad inferiortiy complex. I hope you acciev your goals and get over your neurosis but it's not very nice to catergorize people by their heights only, you make it sound like it's their fault. Some people here deeply suffer because of this (unlike someone like you and me) so it's pretty rude calling the people here omega males. That's not what you want to here when you already suffer from a deep neurosis.
Edit:
I never wanted to hurt anyone by saying that the stereotype of an alpha male is 180-190, to me alpha male doesn't even sound very appealing. I woudln't want to become one tbh.

Yellow spike, sorry mate I was gonna keep my mouth shut but considering this is my topic I'm gonna say something.. I find it so annoying how you keep mentioning how good you already are with women.. It's unnecessary to share that with everyone.. And from my experience, people that regularly mention how awesome they are with women are normally the ones that arent so good with women.. And who are you to say that people 5'10 and over shouldn't get lengthening. Everyone has their own reason for doing this.. Who gives a   if they are already taller than 50% of men.. If it troubles them that much that they have come to this forum then obviously they aren't happy with there height.. It's like you are saying "oi id be happy with 5'10 then so should you". Bull .. Imagine if a 5'0 dude came up to you and said why the hell are you doing limb lengthening id love to be that height.. Ud still do it? If taller people have a complexion about there height then they shouldn't be treated any different to the shorter people.. Generally taller people the main reason they do this isn't for women anyway, it's normally because friends and family around them are taller than normal. Everyone wants to better themselves, so why can't taller people..

lol hoy boy...

First of all, I'm not the only on here who talks about being good with women. I mention it because you have these topics where someone says "certain heights are alpha/beta," and I was trying to show that you can be successful at almost any height (although I admit I think anything less than what I was before LL would be very hard to pull off). It's not like I go around talking about my conquests in real life, this is an anonymous forum, so I can say whatever I want. Don't really care what some random people think about me. I'm not inflating my success, but people can make their own judgements, I couldn't care less.

Anyway, conversations like these never end well. I should've known not to post in this topic, that's on me. This is the last time I ever post in one of these types of conversations lol. I agree everyone has their reasons, and there's always going to be someone taller or shorter than you who may feel differently about their respective heights. The point I was trying to make (clearly I didn't do it very well) was that at a certain average-ish height, other factors start coming into play in terms of life success. I also was trying to make the point that LL was originally meant for men who are actually objectively short. But like you said, everyone has their reasons for doing it. I understand living in a very tall country how 5'10" may not cut it, not to mention having very tall siblings or friends. And I didn't mean to imply that everyone does LL for women, even though your very topic was "what is the perfect male height for dating." I actually wasn't even speaking directly to that, but more to the ridiculous "alpha/beta/omega" heights.

Anyway, I'm out!

On the topic of what YellowSpike & others were saying, yes, I'm also tempted to laugh at the taller guys who still want LL, but then I remember that they're really on the same boat as us. While at shorter heights, discrimination/setbacks in business and dating are more likely, there's no set cutoff for experiencing heightism. Anyone who wants to do something as extreme at LL to get taller is sick on some level, I'll admit. Whether they're 200cm or 140cm. But whats worse is living your life not being the person you want to be. If it takes LL to make the 176-180 guys become the the people they've always wanted to be, I say go for it.

I totally agree with you, not being the person you've always depicted yourself as  just hurts, no matter at what height you are. Altough I think that objectivley short people have more reasons to this than taller ones.
